The single largest purchase one makes in life requires a more serious approach and professional expertise. The fact is that there is a lot more to a home inspection than the technical inspection aspect. Interaction with attorneys, brokers, and professionals requires outstanding technical writing and communication skills. This is where my education and experience really stands out above the rest.
